question... if sisu sold up tomorrow...

With any new owner planning not to play at the Ricoh and build a new ground I would want to know the same thing I want to know from SISU. That is how is it a financial benefit to CCFC over a return to the Ricoh, even if that return to the Ricoh was not as owners. I would want to know why they...

    Northampton sky blues

Sure this is just someone on the wind up and I don't for a second believe this was ever the plan when SISU moved us but if CCC don't cave in will the thought cross SISUs mind to look into it? Ground is being done up (paid for by the council!) and I've heard that Cardoza wants out in the not too...

Who will own the new stadium?

The Ricoh cost £113m to build, by that logic is it still worth at least that much?

Who will own the new stadium?

But you would assess the risk and how much chance you have of a) not losing your money and b) making a profit, preferably one greater than you could make from investing elsewhere. Who is going to look at CCFC and think there's a business that will be worth £60+ million in a few years? Assuming...

Who will own the new stadium?

So the business plan for the new stadium is SISU use investors money, the investors get no short term return at all, SISU take no rental payment and all the club pays is match day costs (although why we'd be paying those when Fisher keeps moaning about it being unreasonable to have to pay them...

Who will own the new stadium?

Was wondering that, it's a big leap. Even if SISU win the JR there's nothing to say that either ACL having to pay back the council or the council having to pay SISU compensation will happen. Even if ACL did have to pay back the council they may be able to source alternative funding and even if...

    Shame on Nuneaton & Bedworth

Pretty sure they would. They'd have generic stands etc already rendered so they just have to change the colouring, put in a generic background and off they go. Can give you as many artists impressions as they want from any angle.

    Shame on Nuneaton & Bedworth

To a pro that would not have taken much work at all as they would already have all the elements rendered and ready to go. If you look at Brentfords proposed stadium (rejected by them as showing a lack of ambition) which happened to be by the same company it was exactly the same design just with...

    Exhall Site For Sale?

I'm not averse to any approaches from anyone about selling my house, doesn't mean there's someone waiting to buy it or they're going to offer me what I'd want. Seems to me these chaps have seen the story in the CT and hope they can flip the land for a quick profit without having to do any work.

    Stadium Consultation Forum Report

Doesn't really come as a surprise, was not going to run by anyone who likes the Ricoh was it! Surprised these two were here, makes it even more depressing that noone questioned them on the FOI revalations. CBRE are the ones supposed to be sorting out the land purchase, who better to ask...

    Labo on sky NOW

Do they cost anything to put in these requests? Maybe the trust should do the all the next nearest councils and really pile the pressure on. I hope someone from the trust has formally approached the Football League with the results of the FOI requests. There must surely be a point at which the...

    6 months

Not sure if that was directly from Fisher / Labovich or one of the CT articles but it's certainly been put out there that they were preferred bidders.

    6 months

By now I would expect the sites to be at least known to us, possibly purchased, and plans available for us to see. We're nowhere near that. In fact we're not very far on from where we were when Fisher said months ago at the fans forums that we'd have all the info in a couple of weeks.

    Denial on talks

I did wonder if there were roughly 6 month milestones that SISU had to report back to the FL on. We got the drawing about 6 months in, was that for their benefit to buy some more time?

    Labo on sky NOW

In all seriousness discounting the councils who have already been approached how many miles outside of Cov are we talking for the next closest? Didn't somewhere get specified as the point the distance was measured from (the council house maybe)?
