    High Court Match Thread

Well Pompey were desperate to get rid of their high earners and they only way they could do so was to agree a payoff with them to mutually cancel their contracts, if it was as easy as moving the player registrations elsewhere I'm sure they would have done it so my feeling is wherever they are...

But what is SISU's end game in all of this?

This is the thing I've never been able to work out. Since the point Ranson resigned, which surely was when alarm bells started going off about getting their money back, I've never been able to see a clear exit strategy. At some point you feel they have to accept their losses and just walk away...

    High Court Match Thread

There's nothing to suggest they have is there? When it was thought to have been moved to the holding company people were quick to point out that all the available evidence suggested it was with CCFC Ltd which is where it's been confirmed to be, can't see there being a problem there. The issue...

So the next thing to sort out now we know the golden share is with CCFC Ltd (the company in admin) is where the player registrations are. Is it correct that if they aren't in the same company we could have big problems with the FL or is that just an assumption that's been made on here? Looks...

    £1m plus

I was thinking that, when he posts photo's on facebook it doesn't look like he lives in a particularly massive house either. I mean it's nice and everything but not what you'd expect if he's on £364K a year!

Must be more than costs then I would have thought. If ACL brought the case then asked for it to be dismissed I can't see anyone but them being liable for costs, wonder what will take 2 hours?

Will we get that from the court? If ACL are basically withdrawing their application to put CCFC Ltd into admin as SISU have already done it then that's it as far as the courts are concerned isn't it? Anything else will be down to the FL I would imagine.

    SISU the future

I think at some point public opinion would start to swing away from ACL / council. If the club had a viable plan to return to the city and the council were seen to be blocking it out of spite surely people would turn against them. They need people to vote for them so once that happened you'd...

    Interestingly...ahead of tomorrow:

if the judge thinks there's something that needs pulling apart and examining in detail will that mean another adjournment? They don't schedule much time for this sort of hearing do they, would guess they would need to either instruct someone independent to do some investigation or schedule a...

    Quick question

They can easily say they are part of the company in admin but they will honour them as a gesture of goodwill to the fans. it's generally the case that if a club goes into admin season tickets are honoured.

Question about the land, what land are we actually talking about. Theres a pieces of land between the canal and the railway, is that what we're talking about? Heard talk of building on the car park but then where would anyone park?! What's the status with the industrial estates, surely if...

Season ticket holders could have a case...

To be honest I'd probably go to at least one and hope that one day it's a weird footnote in the history of the club "remember that time we had to play 3 home games at St Andrews"

Sky Blues set to play home games at St. Andrews

So lets say we play at Walsall for the last 3 games of the season and then move back to the Ricoh next season, are you all coming back or will you refuse to go as they've played home games outside the city boundary? If they build a new ground on the other side of the M6 (around a mile from the...

Season ticket holders could have a case...

Would it not be a good idea to wait and see what happens first? If, and I still think it's a big if, we play home games away from the Ricoh who knows what the club will annonce. If they offer those with tickets the choice of free travel or a refund I can't see there being much of a case for...

Thanks OSB, in your opinion does this make any negociation easier or harder? On the face of it to me it makes things harder as if CCFC (or SISU as current owners) want access to all that income there is now another party involved.

Sky Blues set to play home games at St. Andrews

Have to say I've been pretty shocked at how many people appear to be more concerned about season ticket refunds for 3 games, status of car pack passes, free travel, kids for a quid etc than if the football club will actually survive or have anywhere to play home matches. Would people really...

Does anyone know when the joint venture company was setup? Thought crossed my mind that this may have been set up to make it harder for SISU to get their hands on the F&B money, was the dispute already ongoing when the change was made?
