Anyone who works on a big site is useless, literally only there as the developers don't care and are they're cheap as their work is shit, anyone decent will be either on their own or working for local firms. Kept us in loads of work fixing all the problems.

Training ground looks fantastic, just having proper facilities and nice surroundings like that will help attract the kind of players we want. Are they updating the building the itself? Its always looked a bit dark and cramped inside.

Do we even need him? I can't see where he fits in with Rudoni now signed up, O'Hare is too similar to Rudoni, we need something different, someone who can split a defence. Palmer can do that but needs to be upgraded.

Browne is a very good footballer at this level and brings leadership as well as a bit of a dirty side to him. Gives protection to our more technical players as the opposition know they'll get one back if they try kicking us off the pitch. He performs better further forward in the midfield but...

No loss imo, looked way of the pace in the games/highlights I watched of Peterborough. Lacks pace, poor positionally and his defending is average at best. His ability with the ball at his feet glosses over this though. I think most Championship teams will target him as the weak link in their side.

You have to wonder if Lati will be out the door this summer if the club are looking at another CB. He will be 3rd choice in 3 positions.

You can do both, buy now and get 20 years+ of price increases in this country and then sell up and move on to Spain or whatever. If the plan was to go within a few years, I'd say to stick with renting but with such a long time frame until you plan to move, I'd say buy.
