    Looking at the bigger picture

"One thing I am sure about is that swimming with sharks is a bad idea." To bloody right its not a good idea, I think ACL do not realise how bad a Shark SISU is

    ACL possible next move?

That would only be the case if ACL offered city to play at the Ricoh rent free if they were out of Administration but the empty gesture they currently did only exasperates all involved with City and clouds the issues

    As we're still in administration

why would they pay ACLin full! if their aim is to stress ACL then paying them in full is not the way to do? however if they wanted to break the contract with ACL over the Ricoh them aministration was the only way that it could be done

If Opium are not accepted then if we do come out of administration with anyone else we will get a 15 point deduction for not coming out of administration correctly as there is No way SISU/AVRO etc will come to amicable agreement of the bid.

sisu buying us out of administration is a good thing

They must have made a bid that the creditors and administrator accepted I.e 10p in the pound so that must mean £7 million for CCFC holdings and 140k for ACL and the debt has been written down, SISU have basically cleared down all of their debts in one fell swoop huge tax write offs as well...
