    Walsall make a small profit

Do Walsall get the money from other events? I have a vague recollection of their fans complaining they didn't get money from things like the car boot sale so I'm not certain they do. Sure they've at least once tried to get the council to buy the ground so they can lease it back off them!

    seen this?

not sure how they operate but it could well be the case that they only list on their events diary (assuming you mean one that is generally available for us to see) that are open to the public. private or trade invite only events may not be listed.

Who Votes Sell the stadium to SISU

would you not also have a potential issue with date clashes and who gets preference? there must be events that could be on at the non stadium part of the Ricoh where the organisers request not to clash with a match, given the date the fixtures are released and the lead time on these sort of...

    Villa advert in the Telegraph

I think this is the best visiting fan we've had on here!

Finally acknowledged the ccfc will never own a stadium under sisu

It's not the fact that if SISU took over we might have CCFC and the Ricoh exist as separate companies in the same group that people have a problem with is it? Is it not more the suspicion that SISU will somehow screw us over, either by loading debt against the ground as a means to get their...

    Second Timeframe Missed

I'm losing track, which of the potential sites would Rugby Council cover, would it be Brandon? Is there actually a viable site left (that's not greenbelt) far enough away from Coventry to not need CCC involvement on the infrastructure side of things that hasn't already been sold for some other...

    ADministrators final progress report

This is what I don't understand, how can you take everything but the lease to play at the Ricoh? What's the tipping point for it being asset stripping rather than legitimate business?

    Match thread

The attendance was tweeted by Northants police so I assume it's a reliable figure.

Not sure if I've got this right but I suspect after the Wolves game our average away attendance will be higher than at home.

Shot yourself in the foot, haven't you SISU

So they claim but then Fisher also told SSN they'd have to consider it and managed to make a rent deal with NTFC while telling us they weren't allowed to make a deal to play at the Ricoh. IMHO if they really believed that deal wasn't being offered to them and they would have accepted it they'd...

    Sky Coverage So Far

Should we read anything into Waggot saying we either make a deal to move back to Cov OR build a new stadium. That doesn't sound like they're moved on and are pressing ahead with the new ground.

Are there any Cov fans in the ground? Everytime they want a shot of our fans they cut to a camera on the hill!

    MK Dons Tickets 30/10/13

Well actually I'm not going to MK Dons so you've got that wrong for a start but it's for people to make their own minds up what they do. I've never called anyone a scab for going to Northampton and I never will, don't personally feel I should go and I didn't go to MK last year and won't this...

Bottling plan A not rent is the real issue

What we don't know is how many players chose to run down their contracts as they perceived their to be a lack of ambition from the owners. The tipping point was probably when they sold Dann and Fox. If I was a player then that would have signaled to me that any aim of investing, and by investing...

    MK Dons Tickets 30/10/13

I can see peoples point but let's face it there's zero chance of MK Dons moving back to Wimbledon and the Wimbledon fans have moved on and started a new club. We still hold out hope that we'll move back to Coventry and those actively boycotting / supporting NOPM believe they are applying...

    NTFC Official Statement re:ACL

My guess would be two possible reasons for initiating this from ACLs point of view. Firstly the hope that Cardoza would get worried and back out of the deal, forcing SISU back to the Ricoh or possibly that by doing this they removed the possibility of Cardoza being able to claim no knowledge of...
