The Rent has to reflect that for 9 months in the year ACL cannot utilise fully the mult-use of this Multi-use stadium ,No CCFC = Greater use with paying paticipants,the club if smart enough could have found altrnative uses for the period of its tenure.

They most likely will have done an evaluation on other grounds already,just as ACL will have sought other tennants or events for the Ricoh.
