Some answers to some of the many questions

I'm aware of that but I don't think it will bother SISU, looks like this is the end game at last. If they don't get what they want why would they stick around and throw more money into the club?

it's crazy that we've even talking about things like this as a possibility and I don't think SISU will let it come to that. They'll either get what they want from ACL or they will liquidate. To be honest so long as it means the club survives I don't care where we have to play in the short term...

can't recall anyone being kicked out of their ground halfway through a season before and in that situation surely the FL would be doing all they could to enable the club to fulfil it's fixtures one way or another. Given our away form maybe we could play all our home games away from home!!!

    Spurs away

I thought this was going to be a thread about football for a change! To be honest if the club is liquidated losing £20 on a match ticket won't be the first thing concerning me.

FL rules state that to be a member you should have priority over dates, which basically means if the FL says you're playing at home on 1st December you have to be able to play. You couldn't have Leicester (for example if we were playing there) saying no you can't have the ground on that date. I...

Some answers to some of the many questions

Always good to get some facts, with all the numbers that get thrown around in the press it can be hard to see the wood from the trees sometimes. To me this is a non issue. A lot has changed in the world of CCFC and the world generally since then. My view is the important thing is what is...

    Fisher on CWR

unfortunately the logical business conclusion to that is for SISU to cut their losses and liquidate. i'm sure they have an exit plan of some sort and it could very well be that includes somehow forcing ownership of the Ricoh into their hands for next to nothing. if ACL follow this through and...

Is there a press conference at the Ricoh today?

Isn't there always a press conference on a Thursday with MR ahead of the game. Could just be that.

But if you had a factory that was designed to output 30,000 units a week but you only had demand for 10,000 with no reason to believe that would go up in the near future you would more than likely tell your landlord you were moving out and going somewhere smaller. The problem SISU face is that...

I would guess that SISU expect to pay any newly agreed rate on the arrears and ACL won't accept that.

The thing with saying it's not an average L1 ground is that it implies that have some other option. Would it really matter to SISU if we were playing at a ground like Fratton Park? Doubt it. Would it stop fans going? Maybe a handful. Imagine there would be a bit of a drop in corporate but not...

I think I would struggle to keep an interest in football to be honest. The way things have gone in recent years I don't really follow anything other than CCFC, even struggle to muster much interest in England games. Would like to say I'd follow AFC Coventry but living on the south coast and...

very unlikely but i think ACL are trying to call SISUs bluff and that could be a mistake as SISU don't seem the type to back down. A lot of it will come down to what, if any, plan SISU have to recoup their money and if they have an exit strategy. If it's get the Ricoh at all costs then clearly...

the way it's worded easily allows the FL a way out. SISU would put it to them as a temporary move due to being forced out. I can't see the FL effectively putting the club out of business in the middle of the season. at the very least I would expect them to allow a ground share until the end of...

temp stands don't take that long to put up. FL would more than likely be as helpful as possible as the last thing they want is a team dropping out of the league mid season. Could rearrange fixtures so we have a few weeks with no home games, could play a couple elsewhere (Leicester for example)...

Is there anyway they can put one of the companies associated with CCFC into admin or liquidation and get rid of the lease that way? Assuming the lease is tied to whatever company is actually CCFC (as in the football club itself) so long as the league would transfer the golden share then could...

there's loads of temporary seating that has been warehoused unused since the olympics. Wouldn't be that difficult (assuming there's space, I've just had a quick look on Google Maps never been there!) to bring the Butts up to 10-12K or were SISU agree to develop it to that capacity permanently...

    Sky Blue Trust Fighting Fund

Has anyone from the Trust approached local solicitors, accounts etc. i would be surprised if there was a few who were City fans who would offer there services for free / vastly reduced. Would be great publicity for them should they ever be needed.

ACL keep telling us that CCFC is a fraction of it's business and that they can survive without them. If that's true then they should be able to survive quite happily with the rent SISU are proposing. Whack a premium on so that if we were ever get into the premiership (wishful thinking!) they get...

    Front page telegraph

If we go with ACL being in some sort of financial trouble (which I appreciate may or may not be true) what are the implications of this? They own the lease but not the freehold don't they? In a worse case scenario where they go into admin do the council become liable for the debt or does only a...
