    Latest SISU Press Release....

Aren't ACL using Weber Shandwick who specialise in crisis management and reputation management? They were definitely using them at one point but I'm not sure if that's an ongoing arrangement or was something short term.

    Season Ticket Sale

There will come a point where they'll have to put them on sale, if we start the season still in administration they're still going to need to sell season tickets. Pompey had to sell theirs through a 3rd party who held the money and made the payments to the club on a match by match basis so if...

    It's confirmed 10 points

the -10 is immediate and is for going into administration (Pompey had that last season), from here on in we can get another hit for any financial irregularities that get found and / or if we exit administration without a CVA. The exit without a CVA can only be applied at the point you...

    Carl Baker?

on facebook he said he was back in training earlier in the week. Seems really quick as it's not long since his op.

What About This Transfer Embargo ?

there's a minimum number of players you need (I think it might be 20), if we fall below that then we will be allowed to bring in signings despite having an embargo. Pompey took advantage of a rule that doesn't classify kids as squad memebers until a certain number of games by refusing to even...

    Fire Proof banner certificate

You need to go to a fire station I think. From memory of doing this for band backdrops you will have to spray it with something to make it fire proof.

Game still in doubt according to administrator

would like to hear what ACL think is more important than making sure the game goes ahead. If it's true that they were asked for a meeting at 9am and turned it down then that isn't good from their side unless they have a very good reason.

    Can someone please explain

we should be so lucky! seems the FL just want Pompey to end the season so they don't have that scenario, if they still have problems after that they get kicked out and at a guess an extra team gets promoted from every division below.

Is today the deadline for points deduction this season?

the key date is the date we went into admin, which was last week. They can't bump the points over to next season just because it took the FL a while to make up their minds what was happening. The points deduction next season will be for coming out of admin without a CVA or financial irregularities.

    Can someone please explain

The next 10 points are for exiting admin without a CVA, or at least one that the FL thinks is fair. In terms of when it has to happen the FL have said they have to exit admin before the end of this season as you can't start 2 seasons in admin - if they are still in admin after the end of the...

£60m debt. Sisu doubters proved correct

Didn't a club come out of admin paying something stupid like 0.2p in the £, that's the sort of thing we'll need to stand a chance of not ending back in the same mess. Does the administrator go back through the accounts and strip out any crap so if SISU have been up to something dodgy and paying...

    Assets

the transfer windows not open so that won't be happening. what we need is for things to be wrapped up quickly so we don't lose anyone we may want to keep when it does open.

CET: Joe Elliot confirms talks and that Hoffman Would also join the board.

Doesn't the administrator have to make available a report detailing who is owed what? Could make interesting reading to see how they make up the £60m. Assume this is what ACL mean when they say they will be watching how the administrator operates. Anything dodgy and they'll be straight back in...

    High Court Match Thread

That will be the key here, you would suspect the league would have to be informed of any transfer of the golden share it which case it will be where they say it is. We then have to hope SISU haven't done something weird and wonderful to try and make it part of the holding co that the FL will see...

£60m debt. Sisu doubters proved correct

AVRO don't own Ryton do they, think they have a charge over it which is a form of security. I think the upshot of this is whoever buys the club out of admin has to pay an amount to AVRO to remove the charge however that doesn't mean they get the full amount owed. I believe the administrator can...

    Fisher last summer

It was at the fans forum you're right. Said SISU had converted what they'd put into the club into equity but with no accounts or anything filed nobody could prove it one way or the other. CWR should dig out that clip and play it to him, see what his answer is now.

Half stakes for sale - £4m and £40m

Think they took out a loan from Yorkshire Bank to pay the lease and when YB got a bit worried about the rent situation the council gave them a loan to pay of Yorkshire Bank so to answer your question I don't think ACL put any money in themselves.
