    Nene Park

So if we end up at Nene Park would we ever move back? Seems to me that once we're there the FL would have a nice get out for their can't move the club rule. Can see SISU claiming they're being blocked from getting planning permission or something along those lines and we end up there for a lot...

FL flexible over the 30 mile radius?

I vote for that, screw not a penny more move to Fratton Park and I'll go to every game, it's at the end of my road!

FL flexible over the 30 mile radius?

Wonder if they have a theory that they can replace lost supporters with locals? Can't see that working, won't most locals support Northampton, PBoro or Leicester?

FL flexible over the 30 mile radius?

it's looking more and more like Walsall have backed out and Nene Park is the backup - obviously we have no concrete evidence but putting together all the rumours would seem to point that way. they wouldn't need to be flexible for a stadium within the 30 miles radius so you have to assume, if Les...

Not one penny more - from sisu rent boys to super fans

I thought they had to submit a budget for FFP which is then monitored by the FL to ensure they haven't given them something that is miles away from what actually happens? that may well be the case but would those supporting this campaign be happy if they were directly contributing to people...

Not one penny more - from sisu rent boys to super fans

if this campaign takes off I can see CCFC staff being laid off before it has it's desired effect (whatever that is now) if it ever does. Can see it now, "we had no choice other than to lay off the retail / ticketing / insert job title here staff as the NOPM campaign means revenues are down"...

    Nene Park

well I'm sure that person would have taken a pic so we should see that later on, or not if it's totally made up. Would they really change all the seats, esp while they're telling the football league it's a temp move.

No FL ruling for AT LEAST a month!

quite common for a CVA to have a clause that people owed under a certain amount get paid in full. There surely must be a rule that if you're getting everything you're owed you either don't get a vote or can't vote against it.

No FL ruling for AT LEAST a month!

It's by value but it has been raised on here that there is also an issue of a % of unrelated creditors having to agree. however the likley outcome would be that the CVA would be pushed through by the administrator and passed by the court as an unapproved CVA so SISU would still end up in charge...

No FL ruling for AT LEAST a month!

No that's why I said it's my understanding based on what little has been said. Admin is a point in time, what happens with the rest of the lease is a totally different issue and it could well be the case that the lease is void at the point of an insolvency event, certainly with all the talk of...

No FL ruling for AT LEAST a month!

I imagine you forefit if you can't play but I'm not sure if that triggers immediate expulsion or you have to miss certain number of games before you're thrown out.

No FL ruling for AT LEAST a month!

My understanding is that all arrears to ACL will be paid under the terms of Optiums takeover, can't see that ACL can have any busienss case for not agreeing to that. Administration only covers up to a certain date so I'm not sure they could reject it on the grounds that CCFC may no longer...

No FL ruling for AT LEAST a month!

from the sounds of the article the FL won't even start their process until they know the result of the creditors meeting. 2 weeks notice is required for that so we're already well in to July before the FL even make a start.

Guy on twitter claims to have a reply from league confirming Otium have been rejected

sorry, misunderstood you. you can't really come out of admin without a CVA however the key is if the CVA is accepted or not. If the sale involves a CVA that is not accepted by a certain % of creditors (75% rings a bell) then the sale can still go through but it becomes an unapproved CVA and...

Guy on twitter claims to have a reply from league confirming Otium have been rejected

A CVA is basically what you're going to pay back. If the only creditor (apart from SISU related companies) is ACL and they are paying them in full I guess that removes the need for a CVA, or maybe there will be a CVA but the only people who need to agree it are SISU.

    The cracks are appearing

depends, at the moment the current administration hasn't finished. At a guess Otium aren't taking us out of admin until they have it confirmed they are getting the GS. Lets assume they don't then we are still in the same administration with PA in charge and he can select a new preferred bidder...

    Why would?

to answer you need to know what the possible outcomes would be. i guess if the council are found to be at fault SISU could sue the council and / or ACL. the other possibility is if ACL have to pay the money back they have a huge problem, would be very open to a takeover then and I wonder who...

    Latest Trust Email

That's my point, ACL are only saying we can play there while in admin. if SISU don't make other plans and then ACL won't talk to them we can't complete our fixtures. A clear statement from ACL puts the ball back in SISUs court and would leave them having to refuse to play at the Ricoh where at...

    Latest Trust Email

What about a scenario where we come out of admin the day before the season starts and SISU have assumed ACL will allow them to play at the Ricoh only for ACL to say no you can't and SISU don't have a contingency? ACL has to make a statement clarifying their position. We can all jump up and...
