    Second loanee imminent

Would he be gone though? Looks like we have lost Nazon, so if Biamou goes that would be two strikers go out, so would we need two strikers in.

Somewhere between a 4 and. 7 and therefore not that bad. ;)

How on earth can anyone get Marc Robbins wrong?

    Tom Bayliss

Bayliss MOTM for me too. Willis a very close second.

So, to sum up on Biamou's performance today, we have ratings so far as follows: 6 4 6 6 4 7 5 6 7 5 7 7 6 7 He was clearly the worst player out there today though. ;)

You can't give Biamou 7, you simply can't and thousands of fans today were wrong to praise him. ;)

You are clearly not listening. Not like you that.;) My point is that Evo said all some players have to do is to turn up for them to be rated highly and also that some fans just love a player. His notion is that Biamou only got a standing ovation because those fans love him. I am pointing out...

It proves he was wrong. Clear as day. Impossible to wriggle out of. Fans who don't rate him, rated him today and clearly have no love in for him. He didn't have to just turn up today. Had he done so these fans would have slated him. They didn't though and praised him instead. And as I have...

It clearly does prove something. Evo was saying some players only have to turn up for those fans to rate them because those fans have a love in for the player. Clearly not the case today with the two blokes in front of me and for me neither. Those two blokes usually do not rate him at all. They...

Yep. Clearly. He ran into the space where Biamou slipped the ball through.

Oh and I'll tell you another thing that totally nullifies Evo's argument, the two blokes in front of me are always having a right old go at Biamou, seemingly not rating him, but today when he was substituted they were both out of their seats giving him rapturous applause.

Watch the highlights. He showed some lovely touches in that first half and one in particular stood out when he brought the ball down really well and slid a lovely ball through to Shipley, but Shipley overran it.

    Tom Bayliss

    Obviously both.

I find that totally laughable. Doyle and DKE were much, much, much worse. By a country mile!!!

WITH Biamou. We look a better side with him. Without him balls are just sailing over players' heads. Not going to argue anymore. I stand by Biamou deserving the applause today and also stand by my notion he had a good game. I am very quick to criticise him when he doesn't.

But as I have said, it is not a love. I am sure there are loads of people like me who are not even fans of Biamou. I clearly am not. It's well known I like Beavon, but I have said there that he needs to be contributing or scoring. When Beavon plays it doesn't work. He's not scoring and not...

We have looked a better side when Biamou has been up front for the most part and have been rather lost when he has either not played or been taken off. Good job we're not all Crewe supporters. Charlie Kirk, a striker there, scored his first goal in 49 matches the other week. This place would...

Sorry, but that's a bit of a daft argument. McNulty has benefited from Biamou alongside him. I agree Biamou needs to be scoring, but you can't judge a player on simply goals alone. Football doesn't work that way I'm afraid. I do think he does need to be scoring too though.

Match Thread Coventry City - Chesterfield Match Thread 1st Jan 2018

Anyone else think this from the BBC is all lopsided? We had plenty of chances to extend our lead and really should have done, but here it seemingly only talks about Chesterfield for the most part.
