I think he did at the outset ,but his opinion changed through the process. His input in securing the three game deal signified that IMO,However the funding through holdings suggests control ,if that stops and we are suddenly selling players then that is a different suggestion.

I really don't see that there can be a case ,unless the funding the council provided during Ricoh construction was wrong ,and was a hurdle crossed at the time,there was inter -party bickering back then which was obviously overcome.
