Match Thread Bristol R v Coventry Match Thread - Monday 26th Dec

If we made a profit of £1M, then we need this money to be invested NOW, without selling Stevenson. If we don't make some massive changes to this squad we will be in the 4th tier of English football and lose far more revenue in season ticket and walk up tickets next year. We are desperate for...

Match Thread Bristol R v Coventry Match Thread - Monday 26th Dec

Unfortunately, history suggests that there will be no improved investment from our beloved owners. More sell offs beckoning! The strategy for the club is to break even and the division we are playing in is irrelevant . The team needs our support, but it's b****y hard paying to see a poor team...

    TIM FISHER's BPA Lies

I'm sure Cov Rugby Club are smart enough to look after their own destiny, working with selected partners. The question for them will be....... 1. Why would we want to do business with CCFC/SISU who have a track record of litigation against its partners and non payment for contracted services ...

    TIM FISHER's BPA Lies

By highlighting the incompetence and poor performance of SISU with their handling of CCFC, we potentially affect any investors considering channelling funds via SISU. That has the potential to damage SISU

    TIM FISHER's BPA Lies

Good point, an investors exposure to risk would depend on the weighting of their investment and what percentage was with the club. However, I don't know of any investor who wouldn't want an improved outcome - especially if they can see that the football investment will never pay a dividend.

    TIM FISHER's BPA Lies

A professional approach using quotes from Chairman of CCFC stating how much money SISU invested and lack of return & there being litttle chance of a return.

    TIM FISHER's BPA Lies

Agreed. The target audience for this should be within the financial sector, as its the only thing JS is really interested in. By highlighting the poor performance of her investment and lack of competence

Spot on! Whoever is the Chairman appointed by SISU will act on behalf of the owners!

    Next Protest

A potential idea for trying to target SISU is to ask all fans to send junk mail to their offices, including roof slates in Jiffy bags Without a stamp, hence costing SISU to receive it. It's a small thing , but another disrupting tactic.

Did Fisher throw down the Gauntlet ?, also

IMO SISU will only be seriously affected WHEN CCFC is sold, as at that point the investors loss will be realised. That's the point that their total mismanagement will be fully visible to their investors. Until then, they will only be bothered if they have to inject any funds. Therefore, the...

Fisher live on CWR.... the countdown begins.

The main message I took from TF interview was".........as long as the club runs with a neutral budget the league we play in is irrelevant. Non-league here we come !

Fisher live on CWR.... the countdown begins.

Having listened to the Talksport interview, it seems TF claims to be running the football club. If that is so......then as Chairman YOU make the decisions about selling all our best players! Given you're track record, then you are clearly not a competent person to be running the football club...

What do you think will happen january sales??

The issue with Stevenson is that his value could increase significantly over the next two years. Holding on to him would demonstrate an investment by SISU. Do we thing SISU would do that.....NO! They've flogged every young player ASAP

talk sport asking for cov fans to call in - Fisher Interview

Tim Fisher stating that the fans protest is putting off investment is laughable. If you were an investor you would consider a number of variables: 1. Coventry is the 9th largest city in UK with a catchment area covering an additional population of 1.5m. All without a top level football club. 2...

What do you think will happen january sales??

Given TF's statement today that the club is now trading £1m in profit, then no-one should be sold this time. However, history suggests that our beloved owners will flog anything to make a quick profit. So expect, talented young players to be sold and replaced by older inferior players who will...

    BPA - Back On?

I can't see the attraction for CRFC in increasing capacity and over developing their stadium for CCFC. Secondly the prospects of a business partnership with SISU is hardly attractive. SISU seem to litigate as a matter of normal business practice. I would fear for CRFC.

    BPA - Back On?

It's obvious that we need a stadium that the club can fully exploit to generate income. I'm not sure that being a minor partner to CRFC is the answer. The differences in turnovers between the two clubs is vast, surely CCFC should be a majority partner in a stadium deal, which is why I don;t see...
