    SISU Appeal Judicial Review

How can Joy be signing on behalf of companies she's supposedly not involved with, does this not add weight to the argument she is acting as a shadow director?

    A name change?

this is a key point. fisher keeps going on about revenue streams etc but when you account for the next few years lost revenue and the cost of the new stadium how does it stack up? if there was a credible business plan there might be a bit more support for a new stadium but there's nothing.

    Elvis the new Fergie?

people are getting a tad carried away. we've won one out of three games and let in 10 goals in the process. we're 7 points away from being out of the relegation zone and yet I've heard talk of the play offs. what happens when the injuries and suspensions start mounting up or when someone gives...

    Party on jimmys hill

You can't speak for everyone. Other clubs fans protested the groundshare and their clubs refused it, why do you assume we would just accept it and not follow the example set by the likes of Walsall?

    Party on jimmys hill

It doesn't follow that if we weren't at Northampton we would be groundsharing elsewhere. Remember initially it had to be within 30 miles of Coventry and in the West Midlands, the clubs that met that condition all refused. If NTFC had followed their example and also refused rather than being so...

    My reply today from fl

they've transferred the share to a newco, why didn't they do the same as they did at Pompey and say they would only grant the share either to certain parties (those who would keep the club in Coventry) or with certain conditions (such as honoring the lease for the Ricoh)

    My reply today from fl

what is really concerning is their failure to grasp the most basic facts of the situation. at the time that the groundshare was approved there was a agreement in place to play a the Ricoh, it's just that SISU were choosing to ignore it!

Ricoh Arena on August 25th Sky Blues' ladies

sure ACL will be making millions with parking at £2 a go.

Can someone explain the 150K offer to me?

The idea that this offer couldn't be considered legally as part of the CVA is clearly misdirection from SISU. It is obvious they can agree a deal before the CVA is signed as they had agreed one with Northampton. They could have accepted the offer, signed the agreement, ACL would have then signed...

    50+1 Fan Control of club

doesn't just have to be for sale it has to be for sale at the right price. how much would SISU want? If we say our hardcore fanbase is as high as 10K a lot of them wouldn't be able to afford to invest in the club so say you had 5K who say they will make a financial commitment. Even if you can...

Another reply from the football league

the fact that the Football League can not answer very simple straightforward questions tells you everything you need to know about how fit for purpose they are.

    Fisher backtracks already

where did the 400K figure come from initially, I have a feeling it was from something Fisher said. See a pattern here. Fisher asks for 400K, ACL say OK. Fisher asks for F&B, ACL say OK we'll give you our share of matchday revenues and setup a meeting with compass. Fisher says £170K at NTFC is...

    Fisher backtracks already

How many exciting games do we have a season? if people turn up expecting it to be like that every week they won't be hanging around long when they see what rubbish we usually have to put up with!

Haskell buys half Ricoh & CCFC rumour - Facebook

if they went to watch City more often they'd know the places to park where you can get away quick! that's not really an uncommon problem tho, I've sat in the car park at Milton Keynes Bowl, Wembley Stadium etc for hours after events.

Northampton to Unveil Pland for New Ground

that was specific to a grant they received wasn't it? the terms of that grant have probably expired by now so that won't have any bearing on what they do now. And wasn't that related to the freehold think ACL was created to get round those regulations, CCC retained 100% ownership as required but...

Haskell buys half Ricoh & CCFC rumour - Facebook

Supposedly SISU were going to bring in AEG but nobody I knew who was working at AEG at the time knew anything about it. AEG are a huge company in sports and entertainment but as far as I know have no involvement in the conference industry. AEG own 50% of LA Galaxy among other teams and own or...

    Crystal Ball

true, but I'm not sure they are going down that road as surely if you were up to no good you'd just keep paying the rent as you'd never want anyone to start digging further into the situation.

Breaking news - league letter to Ainsworth

well I didn't think it was possible to be more astounded at the level of incompetence shown by the football league than I already was but clearly I was underestimating them!

    Crystal Ball

any sale will be for the infamous £1 but the issue will be how much SISU want to write off the alleged £70m debt. They can say they aren't interested in selling all they want but there will be a figure (I would guess a certain % above the amount they have genuinely put in) which they would...
