That, I think is correct to a degree. The idea is you create the larger footballing structure to deal with recruitment mostly because managers are hugely expendable. I don't think it normally, I don't think it normally extends to the whole coaching set up though (is that the case with us?).

The best we played in the championship IMO was the first real season back (RICHO + crowds). Maatsen and Dabo holding the width, O'Hare and Hamer in the middle and mcfazden at the back (who was a better footballer than he got credit for) and of course Godden and Vic up top.

Every appointment is a roll of the dice, if it's Frank he'd get my full backing. Hopefully he can get some lads in from the Chelsea bomb squad in on loan 😅
