Might have been better to let Colin off the Leash and let him run wild for his last couple of months . Alternatively ,The RSPCA should have stepped in when asked ,as the dog shelter ultimately had unscrupulous Intentions of melting his bones for Glue. No the real culprit here was the RSPCA.
