Stupot I am not a fan of Nouble mainly due to his inconsistency but if he puts effort in then would/could work.....from watching him he seems to naturally drift out to right anyway. Arguably you could put Nouble as target man and switch with Madine......but would still start off the other way...

To be fair Finch has been largely innocuous should be nowhere near the start xi in centre mid.....so many better options......personally think Thomas is due a recall and could move O'brein across to centre and sling swanson and maddison out wide
