At work on Saturday, playing golf the following Saturday, finally get the chance to watch the 3rd test live.

Don't care what people say, this is the weakest ABs side in the last 15-20 years. The one chance the Lions would have to push them. Bailed out on a few decisions this tour. The strange obsession with Welsh players I can't say is surprising due to the coach, but is rather detrimental to the team...

Think it's baffling. Itoje is one of the best in the world. Kruis will be leading the lineout. What's the point in AWJ?

Oh and Stander not in the 23. Ridiculous.

AWJ starting over Itoje raises some serious questions. Not been impressed with Te'o myself but it seems I'm in the minority so I'll let that slide. Delighted that there's no North, and can only assume Daly's been included for long range kicking.

He just looks far slower than he was 4 years ago, which considering his age is a bit of a disappointment. With regards to test side, I would go something like: Vunipola, George, Furlong; Kruis, Itoje; O'Mahony, O'Brien, Stander; Murray, Sexton; Watson, Farrell, Davies, Nowell; Halfpenny.

Good performance this morning, albeit against a severely under-strength Chiefs side. I really like Jack Nowell, brings far more to the team than George North who looks a shadow of his former self. Still can't look past an ABs whitewash.

Only caught the second half but thought Ben Te'o was dreadful. Surprised me he got in the squad to be honest. Farrell has to start at 12 in the tests for me.

    Boxing

Brook on points for me. This is the toughest fight he's taken since Porter (I'm not counting GGG as that was a pointless venture at 160) and I can see Spence giving him some real problems, especially considering the new eye socket. Groves finally getting the chance to win a world title and set...

    Golf

I'd recommend either Luke Melling or Jon Williamson at Ansty. Had lessons with both, and it depends how you learn best. Jon puts the actions and motions into practicalities so it's easier to understand. Luke is a lot more technical, concentrating on angles and positions. Whichever would work...

    General Election

It's amazing how many sub-£100k earners seem to be personally offended by the idea that higher earners will be taxed more. THIS is the embodiment of establishment mentality setting in, people feeling the need to vote against themselves to avoid upsetting the upper tranche of hierarchy. And...

Checkatrade will have Development Teams again!

Why is it only a requirement for these u21 teams to field 6 u21s? Surely the whole thing should be u21s. Seen Bojan and Peter Crouch played in it last season for Stoke.
