First stadium designs always make me smile because they never end up looking like it. The first Ricoh designs was a 40,000 seater with a roof and retractable pitch!
Could be scare mongering but you don't know 100% that its all bollocks. The club needs to own its stadium so if they do build one in the coventry area that we own then I am all for it.
I would have to agree with SP here. It doesnt seem the case that Manset actually gave two shits to be honest. I'd rather he go and we get someone in who is hungry for it.
Although I generally agree with your comments, I do feel in general there are fans that take on board a 'doom and gloom' attitude now regardless of how things are/look. There is always hope and always a possibility of a turn in fortunes. If you always remain down in the dumps you will get nowhere.
Big question for me is Christie. Has his head gone? or is he not 100%? Probably a yes to both but from what I read on CET a contract offer has been on the table for a bit now and he hasnt signed..Not blaming the lad at all but if hes hearts not in it......
Just found this post on the MK dons forum (Theconcreteroundabout) :
'2006 was the last time Coventry finished higher than 17th in the Championship. They got relegated in 2012 after achieving just 40 points and finishing second bottom. Not only did they get relegated but they entered...
The only reason I am boycotting sixfields is because I dont believe my club should be playing in Northampton. Move back to the Ricoh Im there in a flash regardless of SISU.
Personally I would play all the kids against Hartlepool. Blank the cups this year, its the league we want. Rest as many first teamers as we can. On top of the 3 days rest they are getting now it will be good for them. COmpletely fresh for the Crewe game.
Couldn't care less about cups this year, all about the league, we have a small squad remember. I was there yesterday but you won't see me at Sixfields. I'm not supporting NOPM but it is just not right we are playing out of Coventry.
