There is precedent though. Leeds, Charlton, Wolves, Southampton..... all dropped down the divisions and then bounced back up once they had momentum. I see no reason why we can't bounce straight up from league one to the champ next season. Getting up to the prem is an altogether different...

Wouldn't be a bad deal really if he went to a high champ/middling prem team and then got loaned back to us for a full season. As long as its all done and dusted early in the summer window so that he can just focus on a full pre-season as part of the squad then it shouldn't affect him or us too...

I was so excited when we signed Vincenti. He was immense at Rochdale but have only seen tiny glimpses of that form since he's been here. Pretty sure he has had surgery though so would be interesting to see what happens now. He costs little so id be inclined to keep him until January and reassess...

McNulty said so on camera in his post-match interview. The squad does seem to be a pretty happy little unit and that counts for a lot. Might just work in our favour, especially if Robins is backed with a little bit of cash.

It's keeping hold of our better players that will be the issue. Willis, Bayliss, McNulty will all attract interest I should imagine and possibly even the likes of Shipley and Hyam too.

Am i the only one who thinks keeping hold of McNulty is unlikely? Don't get me wrong i'd love him to stay but with the season he's had and our propensity for selling anything thats not nailed down........................

Im gutted I wasn't there to see us win. But injury is severely limiting my mobility at the moment and I'm under strict orders not to make it worse by moving about any more than I absolutely have to.
