So on to the main event. While this weeks case has covered a different area I wonder if anything that has been revealed with change either sides approach to the JR or what happens should SISU win. A JR victory in itself is unlikely to get SISU the Ricoh so a case for damages would most likely...

Given that it was SISU and not CCFC that incurred costs it would be nice to know if they've paid it or it's been lumped onto our debt.

One thing I've learnt in the last three days is judges get bloody long lunch breaks!

I think both sides were allowed to submitt documentation prior to the trial and it may be publically available when it's all finished.

Wasn't Onye's job to be SISUs person involved day to day and make sure what was being done was in line with SISUs wishes? It was when Fisher replaced Delieu that Onye got the chop and Sepalla was stated as getting more involved on a day to day basis.

What has that got to do with anything? Fisher has stated on several occasions Sepalla is involved on a day to day basis yet we're supposed to belive noone ever thought to mention we're going to stop paying the rent?

How can you come to the conclusion they didn't approve? If you're accepting they knew about it then didn't act to reverse Fishers actions they are implicitly approving them. If they didn't approve Joy should have been straight on the phone, said it was all a mistake and get the rent paid ASAP.

If you were SISU and one of your employees, without your authorisation or knowledge, had taken such drastic action causing all sorts of knock on issues wouldn't you dismiss them? Fisher is still her so you can only assume Sepalla is happy with his work.

If you were Joy would you be confident putting Fisher or Labovich up there?

As SISU felt it was only fair that ACL / Higgs / CCC kept them informed of everything that was going on can we assume that SISU were keeping everyone else up to date with what was happening or is this something that just works one way?

That £21m wasn't taken out of the project was it? Thought that was spent on the Ricoh.

Hopefully he'll be asked why he stopped paying the rent when SISU hadn't told him to and therefore you can only assume were happy to keep covering the cost of paying it.

Who decides who is and isn't in court? Does the judge or Higgs have any power to get Sepalla to turn up?

Better get Joy up on the stand then so she can be questioned.
