    Apolgies young man,need for more retentive grey matter ,like Nicks server,thought I'd read It in the Completion pdf. In a way It illustrates at outset that ACL would have been subsidising the the club's rent and costs ,good job they got the lease up and running within the year.

    Yeah one of my suggestions at the time on focusing minds ,not sure If they'd had the £400K. offer at that point but I think so mid to late Jan,around the time the club sought FL approval for assistance on leaving and also engaging Designers /Property agents.

    I don't believe they were or ever could be due to the lease /License agreement the Club held that the FL Insist on. Any simple normal rental arrangement would have typically led to the gates being closed ,all possessions out In the front garden.

    Thought they were just doing HOT with AEG as part of their Plan. Also this one conflicts with SISU's paperwork yesterday ,where It's implicit that immediately after the March roadmap meeting Both Higgs and ACL indicated they would'nt sign up to the rent strike.

SIsu ,becuase they'd have what they say they wanted for around £120K pa over 100 yr lease . CCC...
