EMC, Haji, Sakamoto and Torp are all not exactly known to be built out of stone. All have had spells out on the sideline and niggles, significant injury to any of them and it's a massive concern really.
Someone's got to sit on the bench unfortunately, if they are great you may end up putting EMC on the bench. Is it ideal having £5 million pound player on the bench, no but we are really light in the wide forward areas.
Sheafs been a very good player for us but getting £5 mill plus for a player who doesn't make Lampards first 11, and was looking like leaving on a free in a few years time is great business
Woolfenden sounds like Ipswich version of Josh Eccles, does a job when required, came through the academy and been part of a successful team but just lacking an edge at the top level. Hope he does we'll but I'm not convinced about this signing.
