It's a risk playing him, but I see no problem with us having him on the bench. He would surely only come on if we were winning comfortably, or if we were chasing a game. With the latter it is worth trying anything.

Same here. I do think having to win 6 out of 8 is a bridge too far, but win the next 2 and that requirement then comes down to 4 wins needed and it will look a lot more doable.
