    waggott pledge

Its unreasonable to expect 60p in every £ spent to be given directly to SP, we'd have no money left to run the club! For me I'll be happy if money generated is going into the club and not to pay SISU management fees, interest charges, lawyers etc. Of course that is going to be hard to tell until...

Sounded a pretty dire game lacking someone who could do something to spark the game. A point away from home is fine with me.

    We're Coming Home, Are You?

Wasn't aimed at anyone in particular, more a general observation. As long as I've been going (since 86) there's been people making excuses not to go and I get the impression they just like to have a moan. Remove the reason they say they don't go and they just find another one. The move to the...

Back into the usual Saturday routine, having an argument with the wife about how we can't go out as I need to listen to the match on Sky Blues Player!

    We're Coming Home, Are You?

We've always had people who will find an excuse not to go. Not going until Dowie / Coleman / Thorn go, not going because of the parking, not going because of stadium location etc etc. If people don't want to go it's not that hard to find an excuse but you get the impression they are people who...

    We're Coming Home, Are You?

And if we want new owners what is more attractive to a potential buyer, a team getting 15 - 20K a week or one getting less than 10K?

Why are we not wearing our 1st kit? Doesn't clash with MK does it, unless they've added a load of blue this year.

    Fisher must go

That depends what the expectation of him was. If he was expected to get the club back with ownership of the Ricoh he has failed, if he was expected to get the attendances he claimed at Sixfields he has failed. From what we're hearing this offer has been on the table for a while, if it was what...

How nice is it on a Saturday morning to have nothing to think about but football.

    Does anyone on here know

He obviously isn't allowed to give much detail of the deal but Waggot did mention parking as one of the things the club gets a share of. Personally I've never parked in the official car parks but might do now if it benefits the club.

    We're Coming Home, Are You?

Not sure I can make the first game now it's moved to Friday, trying to change arrangements so I can but its not looking good. Will be there the following week, sadly it seems my Dad wasn't joking when he said he had been to his last game, he's already phoned me and said not to get him a ticket...

...for 2 years plus a 2 year extension?

I can see that happening. SISU wouldn't want to come out and say they've had to drop the court case and come crawling back to ACL. Wouldn't be surprised to see the court case quietly disappear and talk of a new stadium also drop by the wayside. Equally as we don't know the deal if the reverse...

...for 2 years plus a 2 year extension?

Seriously? Can't you just be happy we're back? I think you'll find the last public statement from ACL was that they would not talk about a return until the JR appeal had been dropped. As I've always said on everything to do with this I will form my opinion based on the available evidence and...

Use of the Ricoh Pitch by WBA Reserves & CCFC Ladies

Both are only playing a small number of games there aren't they? There's also that academy that are playing 5 or 6 games. Can't imagine it will be a problem. If Sixfields could cope with 2 teams all season the Ricoh should be able to cope with this.

...for 2 years plus a 2 year extension?

Now they're on good terms with council they can tell us where the new ground will be as their last excuse was if anyone knew the evil council would find a way to block it.

    Club Shop

The shop now can't get much passing trade, would have thought it would make more sense to move it back to the Ricoh. Could just be that the people in the shop haven't been told what's happening yet.

Can we just not have any music at all during the game. There's no need for it.

    Ticketing Structure

They need to keep the same prices as at Sixfields, we don't want anyone having an excuse to start an argument with the Sixfields attendees now we're back.
