    club shop arena park

The cards are for ST holders and they aren't free to supply. Plus from what I am told the club was quoted a very high price to make use of the same system. Everyone else still needs to buy tickets and pay a booking fee. If you recall we did try using a card system that could be topped up for...

    club shop arena park

Wasps used a white box ticketmaster 360 system. We could move to that but you'd be looking at charges of getting on for £5 a ticket. That would either need to be passed on or the club would have to take a significant hit on ticket revenue.

Maybe they should pre-print blocks of tickets and you just get whatever is next? I know some will moan about not getting to pick but if they could print a limited amount for the shop and ticket office and leave the rest on line if you want to pick a specific seat.

The ticketing is an issue and the feedback from the SCG meeting this week was that they know it is an issue. I can imagne if they are planning to scrap the current system as its not fit for purpose it is a fairly tricky task to switch systems midway through the season.

Coventry City agree to extend Joe Cole's loan

Without knowing the details of what, if anything, we are paying its hard to judge so I'll trust TM's judgement on this.

    Parking

Apparently Tesco don't check these days. I park down Foleshill Road in one of the pubs clubs. There's quite a few down there and its pretty cheap and easy to get away. Just means a 5 - 10 min walk.

Butts Park Arena is new home

Lack of infrastrucute is way down the list of potential reasons this won't happen for me. As you say wasn't a problem at Highfield Road. Isn't a problem at Fratton Park which has bigger crowds than us, not a problem at Southampton or Arsenal either. They both managed to build new grounds with...

Didn't ask about that, assume nothing will happen until the new guy has taken a look at everything.

Back to being the biggest club in Coventry?

So if ACL were breaking even then and have more business now and CCFC is being run at break even why can't CCFC afford the Ricoh in L1?

Are we now more or less happy squad wise ?

It's like painting the Forth Bridge, as soon as you think its done someone will leave or get an injury! As it stands pretty happy, especially if this right back comes in. The key now will be the January window and who stays past then but given his track record so far even if a few people bugger...

Butts Park Arena is new home

FWIW I have a mate who's Dad is a rugby nut and as he's pretty loaded and involved in sponsorship knows quite a few important people in the game. Asked him to find out if there is anything to this and the response was that talks have taken place between both parties (CCFC and CRFC) and the rugby...

    France terrorist attack beheading

When you look at who was involved in the Paris attacks its hard to see how closing the borders as some people have suggested would have helped.

    durham moaning again

I'm sure everyone would rather have a squad of signed players as good as we have on loan but that's not possible. For me TM is showing how to perfectly use the loan system. He got the base of his squad together then added in players like Armstrong. As he pointed out at the time clubs like us...

    Virgin Tivo

The biggest complaint I see about Tivo seems to be that its slow compare to Sky+. Not sure if that means its actually slow or just a bit slower.

    Virgin Tivo

Basically not having a TV service at all in the traditional sense and having everything online either through the likes of Netflix or buying a download. It works for most shows as they go up for sale as soon as they air. Think it's only Sky who hold back their shows...
