    Joy

Whats she giving her speech on? How to make a complete mess of running a business and lose millions in the process?

    Wasps

Equally the cheaper tickets are the same price as Cov RFC so you could go and see top level games for the same price as watching Cov at a lower level. I guess the equivalent of Man Utd deciding to play at the Ricoh and charging the same as us! Hopefully the Cov fanbase is dedicated enough not...

If Anyone Thought Fisher was Mr Insincere

Seems sensible with 30K seats to fill, attendance would be terrible if they had gone for £40 a ticket. How much is Cov Rugby out of interest?

This might be a daft question

I wouldn't be surprised if we find out they've already done a naming rights deal with JLR and had some sort of advance to fund the purchase. Timing of their partnership with JLR seems to suggest there's more to it than just being shirt sponsor.

    2-1 to them, late winner.

    Lee Clark sacked

Just shows how reliable odds are. Anything outside the prem may as well not exist so they've probably got anyone they could think of on that list. There's no way you'd consider SP with our recent form.

    The Pie Money

Compass only own 20something % if the joint venture don't they with ACL owning the rest? If what you're saying is correct how would Wasps be getting those revenues from non CCFC events?

    The Pie Money

The other thing that may interest some on here is apparently there will be a change in the beers available and also some on draft.

    The Pie Money

Was just having a nose around on the Wasps forum to see what they're saying about the Ricoh move - seems to have been accepted now, more talk about where people want to sit and what beer there is than talk of protests! Anyway while on there I saw a report from a fans forum they held last week...

Living in a block of flats

I lived in a flat for a while down here. At first it was OK and fairly quiet. Then the council closed down all the nightclubs on the seafront as there was too much trouble and not unsurprisingly those people went elsewhere. Unfortunately that was near my flat so there'd be fights going on...

    Unfit Footballers

Why is in football you can't sack players? If any of us turned up for work in a state that meant we couldn't do our job we'd be looking for a new one.

    Cwr

Haven't they paid a small fortune for the Champions League rights? You'd have to imagine they need to improve their subscriber base (and stop giving it free to BT Broadband customers) to make that back. How many people can afford multiple sports packages, there's so much football on I don't...

    Marvellous

Really enjoyed it. Toby Jones is also in Detectorists which I'm really liking, it's been hidden away on BBC4 for some reason. Written, directed and staring MacKenzie Crook you can see he learnt a few things when he was in The Office.

    If CCFC were a restaurant

We'd have been shut down by environmental health.

    Will we be relegated?

Too early to say. Could depend on what happens in the January window which is worrying. Saying that by the time we get to Orient we could both be in the relegation places.

How come when Southampton get rid of all their best players they don't end up in the shit like we do? They're 7-0 up against Sunderland!
