Absolutely not, to me he just needs to find his feet and shooting boots and confidence at which he could definitely do in league one. Someone like Wrexham (if they dont come up) or Portsmouth (when they go down)
The reactionary posts here are diabolical, he’s a good CB. He would eat league one alive let alone league two, call down we lost to a Premier league side who will probably walk the league next season if they come down and keep some of their players
Probably quite high, one club city and if we got to the PL we’d sell even more home tickets and sell out every week for sure, certainly wont reach an Old trafford or Emirates or Anfield, but maybe near to a stamford bridge or Stadium of Shite at 40k
Think it was set up all wrong which Hindsight is a beautiful thing, we needed to probably go 433. Push their fullbacks deeper with more in attack, limiting their overlap. They smashed us down the wings, we needed to press harder we seemed to sit off them and give them too much respect the amount...
Always seemed to beat the man then not know what to do after, was a bit frustrating in that. Because it used to be look ‘GO ON’ then he’d fluff the easy bit after doing the hard work
Can’t see him being thrust straight in from the start, good player yes and fit certainly but enough time to integrate properly yet? Not sure, off the bench for me. Allen has a proper engine on him so will be fine
