    Transfer policy at ccfc

According to Pressley at the fans forum at the start of this season he makes all the transfer decisions as far as who comes in and out, Waggot sorts out fess, contracts etc.

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

From what I remember their stadium is primarily branded for the football team, a very different situation to the one we are in.

    Question for SCG

Could the trust or CT not approach SISU and (politely!) ask why the results of the FOI requests appear to contradict what we have been told by SISU?

Where is there a 60 acre site that meets your requirements?

    Madine deal hits snags

Guess it's a gamble on nobody wanting him. To be fair he hasn't set the world on fire while he's been here so that strategy could work. Can't see any reason for them not to extend his loan if they don't have another buyer lined up.

Another bumper Ricoh crowd expected for Wasps' home game against Sale Sharks

Would be interesting to see what the plan is in the event of ACL going into administration. What will happen to the loan? It's now been proven that the value you of the loan to ACL is way above the value of the lease. I would assume that should ACL go into admin the lease reverts to CCC but what...

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

To be fair to Fisher on this one you can compare our revenues when in the Championship to that of other clubs, we were in the bottom handful. Of course success isn't a direct result of increased revenues but I don't think anyone would argue that more revenue gives you an advantage.

Where could a new stadium be?

Unlikely to be Tesco but the theory is right. If for example CBRE have contacted a council but not mentioned CCFC any council could honestly respond with no.

    New FOIs. No contact.

Surely if someone has to check if anyone who has any connection to SISU or CCFC has contacted anyone at a particular council that's going to take a bit of time?

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

Don't really know any great detail about it but I think they essentially pay zero rent and then split the maintenance costs and revenues. If you're not paying rent to anyone they aren't going to be spending money maintaining the stadium! The revenue as profit thing sounds similar to the cross...

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

At the moment they pay a peppercorn rent and receive the revenues, a great deal. If we could get similar from Wasps we should jump at the chance but I can't see them offering that. We will be paying a much higher rent and receiving less in revenues.

Another bumper Ricoh crowd expected for Wasps' home game against Sale Sharks

But we dropped off back to not far from where we were before. Wasps is still an exciting shiny new thing and they are winning games, would have thought that would have led to people going back. There's only something like 8 home games left. If it's dropped that low already what will it be like...

    New FOIs. No contact.

How accurate is a request to an FOI? We already had CCC make an error with one, how well are things checked? For example if Fisher has had a casual conversation with someone at Nuneaton Council is that even recorded anywhere. From CCC's dealings with both SISU and Wasps it seems very little is...

New stadium - Okay, let's just suppose for a moment

It's down to SISU to present an argument that a move is required. If they say this is what we're being offered at the Ricoh, this is the alternative with a new ground and it clearly shows the new ground is a better option (and their statements stand up to scrutiny) why wouldn't any fan back...

Another bumper Ricoh crowd expected for Wasps' home game against Sale Sharks

Why do they need to draft in extra staff when Ticketmaster sell their tickets? Has someone fired up the non-existent PR machine again? I'm surprised how much that's dropped to be honest, thought they'd be on for over 20K again with ease given the number of free tickets, BOGOF etc. Thought it...

    Coventry United

Calling yourself United and playing in red while claiming to be some sort of phoenix team doesn't really work. Think that's what put a lot of people off.

    New FOIs. No contact.

Believe so, I think they can refuse to respond if it is going to cost over a certain amount.

    Would You Still Go ?

If you look at the council document on the Ricoh (think it's the one that shows where all the funding came from), it states that the freehold is practically worthless at the start of the original lease but its value would increase as it neared the end of the lease. It's going to be a long time...
