    SISU in court

But its acceptable to bail out a rugby club from London who are losing millions a year?

    SISU in court

Not my money, I don't live in Cov anymore! If a court makes any sort of award to SISU for damages then the blame should be with CCC as it will be because they have done something they shouldn't have, or are we saying CCC should be allowed to do whatever they like irrespective of the legality of...

    SISU in court

From a supporters point of view I think the best outcome is one which somehow ends with Wasps moving out and us being offered the same deal but that is hugely unlikely. Maybe the next best option is that SISU get a decent chunk of damages and at that point walk away. Then it would be fingers...

    Fleetwood Match Thread

In all seriousness is there any risk that it won't have bedded in and will start falling apart. If that's a possibility what happens when they ref says its too dangerous to play on, is there a backup plan? Knowing our luck we'll end up back at Sixfields for the rest of the season!

    Minority Rapport

I would have preferred Joy, when she spoke about the sale to Wasps, to have said it should be blocked and the same deal offered to CCFC. A huge missed opportunity there by SISU but that doesn't take away from the actions of the council. Just because SISU are incompetent doesn't give CCC the...

    New Stadium Announcement

I don't think we'll be franchised. I don't think there's anywhere viable for us to go, Birmingham is a non starter as there's too much competition, although if Byng is involved there is an empty plot on the edge of the NEC complex very close to one of the proposed HS2 stations thats approx 6...

    New Stadium Announcement

That's true but why does it have to be a binary thing? No matter how badly SISU have behaved CCC are in a position where they should rise above that and take the moral high ground, they appear to have not done that but to have taken an action to spite SISU which will affect our football club and...

    Minority Rapport

But on that basis are we then supposed to take as gospel everything SISU say? We know they're full of BS so why are people making out something Fisher says is guaranteed to be true, or at least should be considered to be true by CCC, because it suits a certain narrative. I have to makes deals...

    New Stadium Announcement

Well if it's a choice of 2 stadiums we don't own I'd rather play in one that actually looks like we belong here. Once the location is revealed, if it ever is, people can decide for themselves if it is too far away or not. Personally I think SISU should now pursue a site in the city.

    New Stadium Announcement

I have little confidence in SISU being able to actually build a stadium but given recent events I would love them to do it and it to lead to a brighter future for us. At the moment I can see nothing but a continuing downward spiral in a ground that feels less and less like home.

    Minority Rapport

That was everyone's hope and the language being used seemed to suggest a rebuilding of the relationship. On 22nd August the council were saying ""We recognise that this stalemate had to be broken, and that if the club could come home it would help everyone ...begin to rebuild and repair damaged...

Let's wait and see if they're still getting 30K this time next year when the novelty has worn off.

Trust Statement - SISU's New Legal Action

Do you know when in 2014, specifically was it was before we moved back? Does this mean that, as previously thought, nothing new can be introduced or does the change in the loan create a loophole for SISU to attempt to take advantage of?

    SISU in court

I went on the Wasps forum to see their take on the legal action and there's more CCFC fans than Wasps fans on the thread. All on there with grovelling apologies about our owners. No matter how bad are owners are why are our fans rushing to apologies to Wasps?

A dull 2-1 defeat. Under 10K there to see it.

    Crowd today?

I'm not sure why people are saying we should get 10 - 15K when it's a weekend when in general FL attendances are poor. We know from the past that a lower ticket prices doesn't lead to a huge jump and it's not like we're 10 games unbeaten or anything like that. If they get 10K they'll be doing...

What legal process are they following then? If no new evidence can be entered what are they submitting? That's what I'm not understanding.

    here we go...

In my opinion something is being hidden. Of course that doesn't' mean anything illegal has been done. The speed at which we went from the proposed sale being made public to it being completed was far too quick for my liking and ever since then it's been 'can't say, confidential'. From CCC /...
