Two weeks to shape our season

Yep-nothing less than 3 points against Crewe. Walsall and Burton will give us an indication of where we will be an i think 4 points out of them 2 games will do. Lets face it, who expected us,Walsall and Burton to even be up there at this point?

    Ryan Haynes

Can't agree that he was decent-I thought he was average. But you are right-lacks confidence to go passed people when given the opportunity and always turns back and plays the easy ball. Never one to take responsibility unfortunately.

    Ryan Haynes

    Yep-6-7/10 every time he plays.

    Maf!!

Yep that's about as good as it gets. Someone to bring on when we have a slender lead to hold the ball up and slow the game down.

    So, Reice Charles Cooke...

I meant that Haynes is a shit player. The others can perform in the environment where's Haynes can't perform in any.

    So, Reice Charles Cooke...

Really? Same could be said of Maddison/Armstrong,Kent,Murphy etc. They seem to be able to play in front of crowds. Lets stop trying to make excuses for shit players!

I'm not going to Crew. I'm off to Crewe.

    Bigi

Didn't see what the fuss was all about the first time round and still don't see it now. Nearly cost us when losing it on the edge of our area and nearly conceded a pen.

    Best Ever Christmas Match ?

    Yep-this!

Best City XI of All-time (RM/RW)

Has to be Bennett, not the quickest but bags of skill and most of the time would deliver and chip in with the goals aswell. Decade 80's.

Best City XI of all-time (Central defenders x 2)

Got to be Peake and Dublin. Killer worth a shout aswell. Decade 80's.

    Crewe away ?

    In the boozer!

Best City XI of all-time (Left-back)

Stuart Pearce-nailed on! A curve ball if you like, Martin Grainger was on loan early 2004 who was a cut above anything we had since Pearce. Decade 1980s'.

    Refereeeeeeeeee

There is not a chance that the linesman can give that! He is looking along the goal line from the corner flag and his view would have been blocked by the keeper when the ball was on the other side of the keeper. If he hasn't seen it or is not 100% sure he can't give it. It's all great seeing it...

    Conor Thomas

Me Too! We are not talking about a young player anymore-he has played over 100 games and if he hasn't produced yet(which he hasn't) he never will. Should have been shown the door at the same time as Jordan Clark. Will be at the Boro' next season which is about his level.

Best City XI of all-time (Right-back)

Tough one between Borrows and Nilsson, but Nilsson just edges it-pure quality! Dark horse-Andrew Whing.:D Decade-80's.

FA Youth Cup tonight v Stoke

Good player Faulkner is at youth level. I have been a referee at Stratford Towns academy on many occasions and he was head and shoulders above them all. Mind you, Jordan Clark was the best player on the pitch when I done the Cov Academy aswell!

    Seldom mentioned legends...

What the hell! Ok, if you're going along them lines I would say Trevor Benjamin.
