Wearing a seatbelt doesn’t mean you won’t die in a car crash, wearing a crash helmet doesn’t mean that you won’t die in a motorcycle accident. Both significantly increase your chance of survival and reduce your chance of serious injury though. You could literally do this all day.

To put that into context the UK prison population is circa 85,000 at any given time. 6 million isn’t remotely a possibility, for that reason alone the locking up the unvaccinated conspiracy theory is complete bollocks.

The EU: In, out, shake it all about....

Yeah be we hold all the cards so they’ll be falling themselves to do it. Just like they made the french government ensure we had an oven ready deal in conjunction with the German car industry putting pressure on the German government to do the same.

I have some good news and some bad news

Some of the their earlier stuff was okay. But then they got stuck up their own arses to a degree that it even taints the earlier stuff. He can’t sing for toffee either. Some serious work going on in the studio to make him sound half a decent singer on their studio recordings. I also seem to...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

We’re in a weird situation where Boris needs to go and you look at the Tory benches and the only person I see on them who doesn’t completely strike fear into me at the prospect of taking over is ex PM Theresa May. Seriously. Who else is going to be an improvement on Boris? Which is in itself a...

Even when my kids was at primary I was amazed at how many methods they were taught to come to the same answer. I was at primary late 70’s early 80’s and maths had moved on so much by the time I had kids in primary I was unable to help them with their homework.

There will be tons of money made available. I suspect it’s going to cost the UK for starters, plus the North will qualify again for substantial EU support plus I’d expect the EU to offer financial support anyway, dare say the yanks will get involved also. Even if not at government level raising...

Some of it is scepticism. For instance in the same poll it was asking should a united Ireland have a new flag and national anthem, which there has been informal proposals and discussions around and isn’t popular in the South. Also the urgency which varies across Ireland as some see it as...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

This latest event on it’s own doesn’t seem that bad. Until you remember that it’s part of a wider pattern of behaviour. Everything from lying to the queen to Barnard castle eye tests to numerous lockdown parties to the next lie that gets unearthed prove that we have a government who have nothing...

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

Religion is irrelevant. Sinn Fein and the SDLP are polling well even in some predominantly Protestant areas. Many can just see where their bread is buttered and it isn’t by Boris.

Do you want to discuss boring politics?

In the latest polls Sinn Fein are ahead for first preference votes with the next assembly elections due in May. If republicans take the majority of first and second preference votes that’s the trigger for a border poll and the end of the union. All thanks to Boris, they’ll be painting murals on...

They’re not now saying it. They’ve always said it about any vaccine ever in the entire history of vaccines. A vaccine’s only purpose is to prepare the immune system. Nothing more nothing less. Some people will have such a strong response from a vaccine it will give them immunity but that isn’t...
