Doesn’t help when all of our play starts with Grimes in a CB position. Said it all last season, we have to start forward play 5/10 yards further up. Tight half. It’s ok. Need to up it though

Good looking team. With a Charlie Hughes type player in CB and a new striker, we have a norty team and that bench! Shine a light!

Yeaaaahhhhh but I also think it’s the first game of the season, a raucous crowd and they’re feeding off it. Not sure they’ll play like this away from home or in a few games time when it settles down. im not overly impressed with either side but its the first game tbf

Rudoni isn’t going yet. If he does then it’s £25-30M and we have a replacement lined up but it would dent morale for the whole club with the timing of it. Just can’t see it. I think he’ll move on in the summer but right now he is playing, loved, we have a decent chance of going up and he loves...

Yeah good point and correct. I do still feel, at times, he’s a bit erratic and a headless chicken but when he’s on it, he’s unplayable. Shame to lose him really and if it is around 6.5M, we’ve had our pants down in some respects.

My opinion, in today’s crazy market rates, 6.5M is poor.

Love MVE but he definately gets caught out of position often and uses pace to recover.

So he stays then. It’s simple. Doesn’t strike me as a player who would down tools.
