    season tickets /regular attendance

Mowbray was talking in his press conference about making sure we have the right players and making sure we keep them under contract so they are here for as long as we want them and can't just walk away for nothing at the end of the season.

Tony Mowbray midlands today interview in full...

To be fair he said he was talking his phone with him and would still be working every day.

Tony Mowbray midlands today interview in full...

From the press conference on Sky Blues Player he's got money but he'd rather spend it on wages than fees. He's happy that he's got pretty much a clean slate so lots of funds, relatively speaking, to work with rather than having to get rid of people to bring someone in. His theory seems to be...

    Other income streams

It's all part of the Ricoh / Tesco site isn't it? People talk like you just open a business and make a fortune. A hell of a lot of business fail totally and a lot more don't make a great profit. I'm not sure going off at a tangent with a new business is the way forward. We have people employed...

    Aspirations

As bad as our squad was last year if we had beaten 5 teams at home who finished below us we would have been in the play offs. With a better squad and a better manager the play offs should be the minimum we are aiming for. As irrelevant as the JPT is in the grand scheme of things I wouldn't say...

This Player Cull / Retain List

Can't really disagree with any of that. When it came up on my facebook feed the way it had been shortened made it look like we'd retained Nouble, Barton and Webster!

This Player Cull / Retain List

Possibly but would that be players who have agreed to stay? If they're out of contract they could go anywhere, would they agree to stay at this stage if they thought they could get a better offer elsewhere?

    Mowbray Era Begins The Choices

I'm working on the basis that he is happy with the budget on offer as early on in the contract talks it was said that finance was not one of the issues that needed to be discussed. I can't imagine he's agreed to manage on a budget he doesn't feel gives a chance of success.

This Player Cull / Retain List

I don't really get this to be honest, we've only got about 12 players under contract and most of them are kids. You can't just let players go if they are under contract and if they aren't under contract you can't say they aren't going to leave so what exactly is this list of released / retained...

    Mowbray Era Begins The Choices

You can apply this to a lot of positions in our side. We have a lot of good kids who we need to bring through and develop. If we can get a bit of success who knows we might manage to hold onto them for a couple of season rather than selling as soon as there's any interest. However we can't...

    financial fair play

FFP doesn't apply in our division does it, isn't it SCMP or something like that?

    Mowbray confirmed via club twitter

Similar budget to this year, which I'm guessing there is as finance apparently wasn't one of the issues being discussed with SISU as he was happy with it, then we should be aiming top 6.

    Retained list 9am tomorrow

How does the retained list work? Aren't players are either in contract or not in contract?

    Mowbray confirmed via club twitter

Great news, expect queues like the Gillingham game at the shop tomorrow when all those who weren't getting season tickets until Mowbray signed turn up!

Joining 'Greater Birmingham' would be good for the City, says Ann Lucas..

This is what I don't get, surely every vote will be in favour of the dominant area, in this case Birmingham. If its lets spend £10m in Brum or in Cov what are all the councillors from Birmingham going to vote for? Warwickshire would be a better option if it has to be done at all as there...

Maybe someone left an anti council comment so they took it down.
