It’s quite possible that was the point of the attack on the military base near Poland yesterday too. As far as I can tell that’s where all the volunteer veterans were staying while waiting for arms before deployment. It’s getting reminiscent of the scud missile attacks on Israel by Sadam Husain...

According to US intelligence Russia has approached China for military aid. Could be a measure of how Russia is struggling, could be an attempt by Russia to drag China into it, could be both.

It wouldn’t matter if Ukraine was run by a despot dictator equal in every way to Putin (which it isn’t by any stretch of the imagination). The very simple fact that it was Russia who invaded Ukraine makes Russia the bad guys. Simples.
