A fool and his money :D If you took what was in the prospectus at face value it sounded like a fantastic deal. Realistically how many people investing know the history of ACL inside out like many on here do.

One thing to remember when picking an estate agent is a lower fee is not necessarily better. If they're making less money off selling your house they'll be less motivated to get on with it and get it sold.
