No, nobody is suggesting anything is ignored. Exactly, the facts up to that time. Since then we have more than one occasion where we know CCC have not been truthful. This then leads to doubt about other statements they have made, or in many cases not made due to confidentiality.

As has been explained many times by the likes of OSB and others Wasps bid was also conditional, any bid would be. It is likely the conditions were that SISU had access to the same information that Wasps had been granted access to so that they could undertake due diligence.
