I'm curious, anyone know the details of the Scottish TV rights? Would be a great year for a renewal with three Big clubs duking it out in the second tier for only one or two promotion spots and gift more tv revenue for the smaller clubs too.

I think Burton will take it. Also, side note: good to see these two clubs having success and both fighting for a chance to reach 3d tier for the first time in their history. Probably wouldnt be possible if the division was choked up with Prem "B" teams.

The promotion/relegation playoff for Scottish Premier next season. About to start second ET half. Hibernian had an awful tumble down the standings to finish second to last above Hearts. Hamilton Academical finished 2nd? in their league.

Do they not give out thousands of freebies for FA organizers, sponsors, etc. Or is that only "important" matches? If it's 43k of only fans of those two teams I think that's a good showing. Orient averaged about 5-6k at home and Rotherham maybe 9k?

Just terrible push all around in my opinion. To better foster "homegrown" talent, it needs a bottom-up solution, better academies, a funded pot of money from FA (because they Care so much apparently) to pay for more and better youth coaches. Put limits on numbers of premier league reservists...
