Free to everyone else though. That's the key factor. Have no problem with the withholding over the pay to view channels, but the other ones are free to everyone else anyway.

Don't know. Just seen the tweets highlighted above. There does seem to be a theme about sex with boys. Two I particularly find weird, the NAMBLA one and the one about him liking little boys touching him in his silly place and then putting a 'shh' on the end of it.
