So if this is a forced takeover...

Worked out well the last time they tried to force a takeover.

Higgs have legal clauses inserted to block CCFC and back Wasps only

Who on earth is going to pay £2m for the football club? And what happens to the money owned to the likes of AVRO, are you expecting them to just write that off - can't see it happening. If they don't any new owner will have to service that debt. So what you're really looking for is someone to...

Higgs have legal clauses inserted to block CCFC and back Wasps only

Its even worse than that isn't it. A new owner would look and see a local council that is trying to block a groundshare with CRFC and, if what Kieran was saying earlier in the week was true, has actively worked to block any new ground moving forward.

Higgs have legal clauses inserted to block CCFC and back Wasps only

I seem to recall that when the dispute around the cost of replacing maintenance equipment at the Higgs Centre was going on it was stated that the Higgs Centre and Higgs Trust were separate entities. Was that not true then? Also wasn't it Higgs who took legal action against SISU first? Other...

Higgs have legal clauses inserted to block CCFC and back Wasps only

Disgraceful from the charity. The future seems very bleak. Why would anyone want to take over a football club that has so many people actively working to destroy it?

    24 Hours in Police Custody

One Romanian chap who was grooming a 14 year old girl and a old bloke who barged into a house and sexually assaulted a couple of young girls.

Wasps reject proposal to withdraw application

Can't imagine they've purchased the land without getting the word from CCC that they'll wave planning through.

    24 Hours in Police Custody

Anyone watching? Can't believe how calm the police manage to stay dealing with people like this.

Wasps reject proposal to withdraw application

That's another question they need to answer then. Why are they using Higgs land when they have purchased land for themselves.

    Falling out of love....

What would have happened if they'd got promoted or we'd got relegated while we were there the first time?

    Leaked fixture list

So we get a game scheduled for the same day as Wasps. Wasps won't move, the team we're playing doesn't want to change dates either. We're clearly in breach of FL regulations. What happens then?

Wasps reject proposal to withdraw application

Isn't that what he's done? He's asked them for their proposals and they won't provide them.

    Save Our City

I think that's the way forward. Get the Telegraph and CWR to join in. The trust, London Supporters club and any other group all sign up as well. Have everyone pushing one campaign.

    Legal action 2

I think you're right. Anyone can bring a JR.

Wasps reject proposal to withdraw application

I'm not making excuses for him. Its very simple. Wasps and CSF, and nobody else, can dictate what we can and can't lease. How difficult is it for them to actually let the football club know what that is? Its pointless sending texts saying lets have a meeting if you refuse to say what you will...

Wasps reject proposal to withdraw application

Is the FL AGM on at the moment in Portugal? Anderson would be at that so saying put it in writing is the most sensible option.

Wasps reject proposal to withdraw application

That bit seems to have been missed out of the report in the Telegraph.
