Has to be caveats surely. Isn't the whole argument, Grendel, that you think he isn't good enough? Surely if he gets a serious injury and only manages to play say 2 games nothing has been proven. Think it has to be based on a number of games played. He may not even get picked at all and...

Totally second that. I'm sure we will be seeking out new strikers, but it is worth having him in the squad to see how he fares against a level above.

Exactly. We simply cannot say right now that he won't make it in League One. He was learning his trade and playing full time football for the first time this year. Would be a bit daft to just ditch him now. Don't think anyone is saying to outright start him next season.

Prefer Danny Rose from Spurs. I really think he could make the step up to League One.
