They're all doing this. As much as I like building from the back and not hoofing it this needs to be cut out by TM. You can only get away with it so many times.

Sure he's aware of it. Have to take into account we lost Reda, got Turner in and have now lost him. TM seems like he doesn't rush in to signings to make sure he gets the right person in.
