    Ipswich Team?

I’m confident we’ll get a draw at least. They will be under more pressure to get a win and that plays into our hands imo. I’m confident that even if injuries pile up this month, we’ll get to January and sign a few players to get over the line. The depth of the bench does worry me a bit. Having...

    Rudi?

Probably will have surgery in the summer and fight through this season. Despite being rusty, he had something about him in the ball and he’s still got a big role to play this season.

    Ipswich Team?

I don’t think they are, they’ll finish Top 3, Boro, Stoke, Millwall and PNE are all over performing and that isn’t likely to be sustained over 46.

    Championship home record under Frank

Burnley? He played v Leeds but didn’t start. We draw that game if one of Collins or Kitching takes charges and hoofs the ball away. Home form is always key and no one could’ve had any complaints if won all 9 of our games. At home we don’t look like anything can set us back. Go 1 or 2 goals...

    Championship home record under Frank

Which is crazy. We’ve had some tough games at home too last season and this. I’m not that worried about dropping off from our current position when our home form has been this good under Lampard. We’ve got all the top half teams at home in 2026 and we’ve done the ‘hard bit’ of playing them away.

Poll: Who will finish as top goal scorer this season?

Haji Wright, but Simms is a streaky goalscorer. We seen back in 23/24 that once he gets going, he doesn’t stop. I’m really happy for Simms because too many people wrote him off. It’ll be interesting to see if the ‘games scored in’ brigade will criticise Simms for scoring consecutive braces...

    Ipswich Team?

On the balance of things, they have better players but feel our team and team dynamic is much stronger. Lampard may even be a better tactician than McKenna too which I did not expect to say this season.

    Ipswich Team?

The Top 4 last season could barely separate Leeds, Burnley and Sheff U until about March when Sheff U lost to Leeds and Burnley. Conversely, we’ve beaten the 2nd to 4th away, play 7th and 5th away in quick succession. By Blues away, we’ll have played nearly all the top half away from home. To...

    Championship home record under Frank

With home form like this, we’re not going to mess this up. We’ve definitely loss 2 league at home though; Burnley and Leeds. 3 if we include Ipswich in the FA Cup.

Exactly and on all the big decisions that impact loyal supporters, the club gets right. FZ seating, ST prices, PL package. Most of the people moaning about ticket prices probably aren’t even impacted because more than likely, they’re STH.

    Ipswich Team?

I just can’t see us all of a sudden becoming a bad team. We’ve more or less secured playoffs already because we’d have to average less than 1 PPG. Our next rivals Boro are tracking at 1.8 PPG which is below the typical run rate of 2. It’s also worth pointing out that we’ve beaten 2nd, 3rd and...

Is anyone worried about Ipswich? I’m confident we won’t lose next week.

It’s been a huge and exciting year of change for your family and this prioritises football! Once again, congratulations and hope everything is going well! There’s no judgement because there’s plenty of people who work shift patterns or are on call so it clash’s with work. I’ve been lucky I’ve...

Both games did in the home end. We sold less tickets than today because Block 9 was opened up. WBA didn’t sell their allocation, partly because of price but mainly because their form is woeful and they’re a club that’s declining. Our lowest attendance in the league this season is 29k v Hull -...

Potential summer signings from the Championship

Hackney is a player with Premiership quality but doubt we’d sign him. In fact, I can’t see us going down the ‘Super Championship Team’ route Ipswich went down. Looking at Sunderland and Forest, the model is probably looking at players from abroad with the odd pickup from the league below. Gut...

Potential summer signings from the Championship

Leif Davis is a good championship player but isn’t cut out to make it in the Prem.

You’re making the assumption that we’d sell out if it was marginally cheaper. We sold out v WBA and Birmingham at £45 so clearly it’s not just £10 difference. Everyone on this forum remembers ticket prices being £15-20 and the club still being unable to sell tickets. On these threads, you get...

Charlton sold out their allocation and we also made Block 9 available today for the first time this season.
