It’s like when local councils pass motions of Gaza or Ukraine or something, all very weird and I suppose makes activist members feel like they’re doing something that impacts their Twitter feed rather than boring constituents.
It’s one of the crapper assists though. His others are what you think of: intentional crosses or through ball to someone. One of the many reasons assists can be a crap stat really. A bit like whoever it was who cleared the ball for that Gyokeres goal where he ran from halfway. Whereas as Nick...
They’ll still get battered. You simply can’t afford/attract PL quality players in any significant number in this division. Anyone who goes up has to buy most of a new team.
In case anyone wants the thread: Obikwu Stat-attack
Looks like they’d want to keep him next year. If they can sneak a promotion I wouldn’t be against another loan where he’s known. Do think he should go to L1 next season with Bassette and Raphael tho.
Yeah pre injury/transfer interest O’Hare. I’m not a massive O’Hare fan but him and Hamer gave the midfield dynamism we’ve missed since.
Both at their peak got their foot in and won the ball back often in our half and started an attack. O’Hare was a better dribbler too IMO in tight spaces. But I...
Eccles was annoying me no end against Wednesday. Just doesn’t impact games at all. He really looked like he’d kicked on earlier in the season but had gone backwards under Lampard for some reason.
Two massively different players. Rudonis delivery from wide is outstanding, all bar two of his assists are crosses from wide IIRC, the rest of his game, particularly off the ball, is far behind either O’Hare or Hamer.
If you’re waiting for us to have a solid PL squad before promotion you’ll be waiting a long time. Leeds will get battered every week next season and they’re a level above everyone in this division.
My daughter’s school had that, and no doors either. Lasted about two years before constant complaints from the girls made them out proper sex segregated toilets in.
Yeah Europe is the equivalent. Or should we break the US funding down by state?
What’s your argument here? That the US is a super power and individual European states aren’t?
No I agree. My biggest issue with Allen is at times he looks like a kid playing against adults and just gets bullied out of the game. But Eccles spends all game hiding and Torp is hardly a midfield destroyer. It’s a role I’d be looking for assuming Sheaf and Allen leave in the summer. Midfield...
How does that make it a proxy war? The Ukrainians didn’t fight back because the US asked them to but because they were defending their homeland. Have the US even supplied more than half the aid?
This logic makes any NATO conflict a “proxy war” because the Americans are needed.
