This thread (nor SPs comment) was about investment in the team. Whilst I don't disagree with that, let's not trawl up the same argument just to suit your opinion when in fact, this IS a proactive move. In fact two proactive moves...reducing the ticket prices at the most expensive time of year...

Surely this is proactive? Reactive would've been them saying 'Tickets were only a tenner on Saturday, shame you couldn't make it'. Or am I mistaken? Like someone else said on this thread, damned if you do, damned if you don't....

I guess the best thing for everyone to do would be to actually watch the games live, particularly home games then there would be no need to have to watch highlights?! I live a million miles away, I have an excuse :-)

I went to watch Pompey on Saturday (mate had a spare season ticket) and he was saying that Claridge is doing ok as manager of Salisbury FC, a club now with some money. No wonder the show is on late...he needs time to get showered and transported to the studios!
