    hoffman to meet CCFC board

I don't think anyone has or is doubting Jan's attitude, particularly as he distanced himself and the SOC group from anyone criticising other fans who choose not to take part.

This has to be the first time Michael McIndoe's been in demand.

Closest you'd get is probably the Titans:

Hopefully he'll say nothing until something substantial has either happened or is confirmed as not happening.

Wasn't the abuse because he promised they'd go public on December 23rd anyway?

    hoffman to meet CCFC board

I've never been too convinced by that. It's the same as saying the club isn't for sale - I'd always take that to mean they aren't actively hawking it around, but if someone came in with enough sweeteners they'd be off in a shot. Their talk of co-investment in this way just seems like playing...

    McPake to Hibs

I don't know, our entire back line on Saturday have or can play in the middle, as well as all having experience out wide too. Add in Clarke, Wood, Cameron and Hussey (depending on how available they all are) and I'd certainly go for that if it allows us to get someone in to help further upfield...

    McPake to Hibs

Centre-back is probably the one position we can afford to lose someone. (Cameron's not injured is he?)

    Superbowl

I fancied the Ravens to at least reach the Superbowl but both games seemed to be squeakers. I just hope this one is a repeat of the game a few years ago. That play with the Tyree catch is still one of the best sporting moments I've ever seen live.

    Nimmmeeelllyyy!!

And when he returns to Man City. I'd like to reserve 'he never fit in with Thorn's playing style' ahead of time please.

A mix of 2 and 4. Should be doing better with recent signs of a resurgence encouraging, and if he does keep us up it would suggest a corner had been turned so he should certainly continue.

Did Jukebox suit our style of play?

Bit early to make such claims I think. Let's not forget that Jutkiewicz managed to score nine league goals in a team that has one of the lowest goal totals in the entire football league. It'd be unfortunate if the revisionism comes out early and we find out he was actually rubbish.

McPake's contract extension was up to 2013 according to the Beeb. http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/14406227.stm

Of course, nothing can always be that predictable, but saying that an experienced manager is more likely to succeed than one without experience makes logical sense, it's not saying that it's a definite. In a similar vein, it'd still make sense to suggest that a striker with Premier League...

Ok then: Ian Holloway. There's an example of a manager with experience who did well with an underfunded club who at the time were tipped for League One. Is that your claim disproved or have I just been very selective also? He said he thinks experienced managers are more likely to succeed, he...
