So assuming all the posters, Lampard was decided at QPR, Doug was conducting the interviews but he’s been on holiday and left it. It is Ruud but not, and there’s interviews going on and the candidates are Evatt, Estuscae and Frank. Frankly out of hand 🤣

I’ll be blunt if it was my decision but I had to get Lampard in. Carr is the only one out of the set up I think I would keep.

Probably the reason for the big hang up

One of the few big positives for Lampard is the connections he has in regards to staff. Some highoy regarded coaches there imo

Think at this point it’s more a case of getting his coaches signed up. Assume either Jodi Morris or Paul Clement will come in as an assistant with Ashley Cole coming in as defence coach. Not sure how that leaves the four we have. Would assume The U21 coaches would go back to the U21 and U19.

More than likely or maybe Jodi since he said he’s open to coming to work with Frank
