    Season tickets

Agreed. Daft to draw comparison to teams where there is a waiting list for season tickets. Even if we are in the Championship again (which I think will be the case), it’s important we don’t lose momentum and the big growth in ST holders we’ve had this year - which has been brilliant. If there’s...

    Michael Rose

‘from reports I’ve read’ - so you skimmed Coventry Live/listened to Nick from Birmingham on CWR, bravo you’ve got the football insight of the front row of the Sunshine bus. He’s regularly bullied, caught flat footed and slow on the turn. The fact you’ve read he’s quick as a reason to challenge...

    Michael Rose

I don’t read the match day programme or count the rivets in the concourse, but if he’s so quick, why is he always caught flat footed, out of position or criticised for not being aggressive enough in his defensive movement?

    Wi-Fi at the CBS

No phone signal on O2 at all or 4G in Block 17, the CBS WiFi is as much use as a wooden frying pan. The Watford bench had a stronger WiFi signal - just couldn’t guess the password.

    Richard Shaw Testimonial

Totally agree. I despise them. I know where I was sat there was a loud rendition of Fuck the IRA thankfully. Would much rather have swapped that testimonial for the preseason friendly at Ibrox that was behind closed doors because of Covid.

    Michael Rose

Eh? What attributes? He’s slow, makes mistakes, can be bullied by small forwards and isn’t aggressive enough in the air or closing down. There’s tougher bird shit on the seats in the CBS than Michael Rose.

    Rodger’s sacked

Don’t know who you bet with but they’re fucking clueless. Wrong and wrong.

    Wouldn't it be good....Blackburn (away)

Yes but again, what difference does the points allocation to those seasons make to you, when you didn’t have a ST to any of them? Points are only based on 3 most recent seasons so in a year or so, no ‘bonus’ St Andrews points will be factored in… but that still won’t change your predicament of...

    Wouldn't it be good....Blackburn (away)

There’s a couple of potholes in your post. 1) there’s only 2/3 away games this season that haven’t made it to General Sale. There’s been plenty of opportunity for away tickets regardless of points status. 2) if you can’t make it down to Coventry for home games because of the distance (you...

    Our home support

Goes to show all the shouts to try and move our vocal support to the North Stand are from clueless Block-20-somethings. The proximity to the away fans is essential for any atmosphere whatsoever. Some great comments on our atmosphere there. Can’t wait to renew in Block 17.

    Whos staying in Blackpool?

What a fucking trip! On it from 11am until 5am celebrating the 3 points. Blackpool is down to earth but has everything you want for a football trip; beer, fry ups, fish and chips, beach and hen dos. Some of the snobby comments from some on here and Twitter crack me up…like they are frequent...

    The Manchester Pub - Blackpool

I might do that with some that I don’t wear. I’ve got to the point I want to spend my money on the house or a Seamaster, rather than be associated with these clowns. I do find it laughable that this thirst for online clout has got that bad that Selfridges now offer rental on Canada Goose, Stone...

    The Manchester Pub - Blackpool

Spot on pal. I bought my first SI from Autograph too, near the Mailbox IIRC. Made in Italy, fitted, shimmer finish. Think it was from the Paul Harvey collection. I bought a couple of Ice Jackets from there too and a Prada Sport early 00s number that sadly doesn’t fit me anymore. That’s when SI...

    The Manchester Pub - Blackpool

On a side note, I’ve owned 20-25 Stone Island jackets/coats since the early 00s. It’s definitely gone down in my estimation with how common it’s become and available. From what I’ve seen on away trips, very little of it is Stone Thailand but instead just the boring, standard pieces with...

    The Manchester Pub - Blackpool

Agree before and immediately after the game but Blackpool is a rough night out at the best of times, groups of lads running until the early hours (like with this tragic incident) will still be on the cards.

    Scarves on cars

You bought fuel from the motorway services - made of money you pair!

    Gyokeres fee

Contract length plays a part, but so does who you’re bidding against. Watkins was also being bid for by Newcastle and Palace. I can’t see only one team coming in for Viktor, there will be 2-3 at least and we don’t have to accept the first bid. Even a team like Middlesbrough can (and have) spend...

    Gyokeres fee

I agree. People are forgetting Brighton have a 15% sell on fee. Sheffield Utd paid £20M for Ollie McBurnie from Swansea and Villa paid £28M upfront for Ollie Watkins from Brentford, both were Championship players. I’d rather have Gyokeres than either of them. Anything less than £25M is too low...

    Atmosphere

Still wouldn’t happen as the corner section wouldn’t move and the North Stand would be full but remain fairly quiet. The most vocal section of our support will always move to be near the away end, despite the ‘blue wall’ / free scarf PR the club or anyone else try to put out. The only way of...

    Atmosphere

Could copy and paste the same message everytime this topic is raised: That’s been said 101 times and the club has tried to push making the North Stand ‘the sky blue wall’ but it will never ever happen. it’s always ended up tinpot with only a handful of people moving over. The myth that you...
