True - if you went to the aquarium, you’d get to see your first pair

Match Thread Coventry City - Bristol City FC Match Thread - Saturday 13th Dec

I think some of this has got over blown, my use of libtards/left tards was very much in jest, with some of our fans always being ‘super positive’ about are atmospheres. I didn’t have any real political thought about it, it’s just a buzz word on here along with simp/cuck/white knight at the...

I think it’s more the libtards that keep releasing convicts and nonces

That’s probably what I’ve not articulated very well. Our atmospheres were better when we were the underdog. Now it feels flat and expectant. We have very few original songs and PUSB is beyond half hearted at times and dies at Tottenham or Chelsea.

Isn’t your picture a middle aged animal wearing a CP/Stone Island Jacket with a flare on his top?!

I didn’t aim that at Oggy or Rob Gurney, who has grown on me this season, but more some of the soft people that call in. It’s baffling when the atmosphere is as flat as a witches tit and we have to put up with a couple of half hearted PUSB’s but because we won, people call up and say ‘what an...

Reasons behind it but I think the atmosphere was unbearably shite yesterday. Take us back to 2022/2023 when the place was rocking with 24K of us. The happy clappers/left-tards on the radio try and make out that it’s rocking every week, it’s really not.

Match Thread Preston North End FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 9th Dec

Heard various comments about a Rugby Supporters coach being attacked last night and a Cov fan on his own being attacked on the ring way by a bunch of teenagers. I walked back to the car via the Blackpool Road and there was a couple of groups of lads waiting on Moor Park who were encouraging...

Excluding Northampton and St Andrews, attendances were average to poor until recent years. Even before SISU, they were very average. 21K in our first season at the Ricoh, and we struggled to regularly sell out at HR.

Match Thread Preston North End FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 9th Dec

Preston fans sang where were you when you were shit about 7 times last night. Whilst teams do have a point with our home attendances and Coventry has always been full of glory hunting top 6 fans - I’d love to know our average away attendances in League 1 and League 2… I’m sure they’d be up there...

Match Thread Preston North End FC - Coventry City Match Thread - Tuesday 9th Dec

Not long back from the cursed Horcrux that is Deepdale. Yet another frustrating trip. If we can’t win there when top of the league and with them down to 10, when can we?! No need for an explosive over reaction, win on Saturday and it’s a good point. Most of us would have written off Preston...

That shit show away end at Ipswich needs sorting

Wasn’t at Ipswich so can’t comment but from memory the rows are shallow and gangways are narrow, so it needs to be managed better at the points of entry from the concourse. There’s been two away games this season we have been crammed in the safe standing area with people stood in the aisle and...

Could the CBS Arena be extended?

I think it’s the cause of having decades of ‘your ground’s too big for you’ sang to us by teams in League 1 and below. One thing is for sure, the train station debacle needs to be sorted if we are going to be discussing extending the stadium for matchday and maximising the arena...

Match Thread Coventry City v WBA Sat 22nd November 25 12.30 KO

Oh and some of the mouth breathers in the away end at Stoke that couldn’t read a sign and show some respect for remembrance day tributes. That includes those who thought they were hilarious to go shush again and again.

Match Thread Coventry City v WBA Sat 22nd November 25 12.30 KO

I don’t think that’s directed at our regular matchday crowd, but more the arrogant morons on Facebook and Twitter who think we are the next Man City and should be charging £60+ a ticket… as well as goading opposition fans before and after games.

Match Thread Coventry City v WBA Sat 22nd November 25 12.30 KO

I didn’t want to start a new thread just for this query!… I’m getting the train from the North West on Saturday morning to Nuneaton as it’s the quickest. Usually I stay with family for the weekend and I’ve never been to the CBS via Nuneaton. Other than catching the once an hour train to the...

    Haji shite

From the away end yesterday, there was a noticeable minority grumbling and shouting at him. There was also the generic football fan groaning noise when he was on the ball or challenging for the ball, so I’m not surprised this has been made into a thread. I’m sure Wright will turn it back on...
