What is a penalty? It’s a free shot at goal from 12 yards so obviously the odds are always stacked against the keeper. I’d be interested to see the percentage of penalties that are scored-must be 95% surely?

Trying to build strength back up again after having Covid. On Tuesday managed 5 miles but couldn’t even do half that today and had to call it a day. No injuries or anything, just completely ran out of steam. Going to try again on Saturday.
