I think That £1.8M you may be referring to is possibly down to an oversight by the Club or particularly Graham Hover (does he know where the skeletons are?) re final fit out and Screen etc. By the way shouldn't Wasps or CCC pay us back for all of that (some of the fabric must be ours)?

Come on guys don't waste it being personal. Pretty sure in those documents is the structure. Both CCC and CCFC formed CNR. Out of which spawned the lovechild ACL.. Fairly confident that would have required equivalent investment. Whether the Club spent money on it prior to the formation I...

The Chesterfield 'Halloween' protest-a step too far?

Is it too late for us to all do it in reverse and become witches. Then we could batter her door down until she gives us the club legitimately.

I'd imagine most of the money Dave refers to was pumped into CNR.

    Today's Press Conference

It would help if you knew those means before you recruit not halfway through. Pretty sure TM despite the awful tail off to last season would have expected more than 5k St's To be recruiting 5-6. players through August is really poor and worse unprofessional IMO

Don't misread me I don't think it'll happen or is even genuine. Yet the existing stand already backs onto the new apartments. So I agree with pipehitters it won't fail on height, but in fantasy world it would only ever be 15k

He's got a point tbf The frontage would be the only potential issue there and the closest flats are the other side of four lanes and at least four storeys high.

Ah Should have checked your post. Looks like it's time for OSB Yet he and Godiva did a series of threads on how we got here Shame they didn't stay on sticky but who'd have thought that even now we 'd still debate it this far in.

How many seasons did we have the New East Stand at HR 2? 3? Possibly partly to do with that or leasing back the ground from the builders Or is it more specific than that CD?
